- Fry it in a pan with some oil and heat it on medium heat.
- Add about three tablespoons of egg white (approx. 40g) into the pan. Using a spoon, carefully place a yolk on top of the egg white.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes until the edges of the egg white are brown and nice.
- Then sprinkle a little Kala Namak on it before serving.
