Neggst Club Sandwich - by Sets Café
Ingredients:
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- Vegan coleslaw
- Tomato jam
- Sliced ripe avocado
- Neggst Patty
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
- Cook the Patty 4 minutes in the oven, sprinkle a little bit of Kala Namak.
- Lightly toast the bread slices until golden brown. Add a portion of vegan coleslaw
- Spread a generous layer of tomato jam after the vegan coleslaw.
- Layer sliced avocado on top of the tomato jam.
- Carefully place the cooked Neggst Patty on top of the coleslaw.
- Place a fresh lettuce leaf on top of the Neggst Patty.
- Cover with another slice of toasted bread, pressing lightly to hold the ingredients together.
